Okay, so a question that I often get when I’m doing my ‘thang’ at The T.E.A Room is : “Who is this playing?”  So I’ve decided to let you take home the honey in my TEA and share with you a few musical artists that tend to make their rounds on my play lists… hence, the birth of “HEAR!” – a category you’ll find on this blog in which I make a point to mention a couple of artists that I’m listening to at the moment.  This is actually quite harder than I thought, because throughout the day, I listen to A LOT of music and the recipes for my play lists run the gamut.  But let’s give it a try and see how it goes…

Here are my first two scoops of honey: Lykke Li + School of Seven Bells – mainly ’cause they were just here in concert.

Lykke Li : if any of you know how to actually pronounce her name, please enlighten me.

School of Seven Bells:  The second video is for a song that was produced as a collaboration with Prefuse 73 (who I am a big fan of as well) a couple of years ago and has remained one of my favorites to this day.  Btw, if you haven’t heard Prefuse 73’s new album, Everything She touched Turned Ampexian – check it…. I dig.
